The multi-head bending machine is a special equipment for pushing and expanding fin evaporator aluminum tube elbow of refrigerator. It can carry out continuous multi-head bending of double or three tubes with diameter of φ 8.45-φ 8.5mm which have been through the fin.
a.) It should be suitable for elbow size range: length =240-600mm; (Outsourcing size)
b.) Bend radius tube center R15mm, ensure row spacing 25±0.02mm;
c.) Pipe bender shall be able to meet the requirements of 2 or 3 aluminum tubes at the same time; (There should be 5 grooves on the elbow wheel)
