Tube Bending Machine

Air cylinder clamp the tube, servo motor delivers the tube at the length set by PLC. After tube is delivered, servo motor drives the screw, move the right R bending mold in place, air cylinder raises the mold to the tube, the servo starts bending at the set value. When tube is bent, air cylinder goes back, which lowers down the mold to be ready for the next bending.
