Automatic Fin Insertion and Expansion Machine

Fix the row die strip on the mold base that can be lifted or lowered. In the row state, the mold is in the top position. The fins are placed in the automatic plate arrangement device manually, and the plate arrangement trolley is started. The fins are discharged into the mold groove one by one through the material guide groove guided by the steel needle under the action of gravity. 

After finishing the sheet arrangement process, put the U-shaped aluminum tube into the fin hole and expand the tube with the expansion rod. After expanding the tube, the aluminum tube and the fin are moderately interference matched to meet the requirements of both fixed and complete the tube expanding process.
