The machine converts circling motion into linear motion, the main electric motor drives flywheel, gear, bent axle and connecting rod and results in the linear motion of the sliding block, the movement from electric motor to connecting rod is circling motion.
The fine press production line imposes pressure on the material, transform its shape and reaches the targeted form and precision, so it has to work with a set of fin dies including upper die and lower die, put the material in between, under the pressure from the machine, the material will be deformed, the counter acting force back from the material will be absorbed by the machine.
