1. Machine frame of high rigidity, high accuracy is welded by steel sheets, it’s been subjected to heat treatment, the internal stress is eliminated and so the machine is good for long term stable working.The structural parts have even load and balanced rigidity. 

2. Stable high precision. The main components, bent axle, gear, transmission shaft etc. have all been through hardening heat treatment, it has high abrasive resistance and ensures a long term stable high precision.

     3. Reliable and safe operation. 

A new type of brake different from traditional type is equipped to bring easy operation and accurate positioning, the clutch and brake assembly is highly sensitive, plus duplex solenoid electric valve and over load protection device, making sure of the safety and accuracy of the high speed movement and stop of sliding block.

4. Automatic and efficient production.
The fin press production line can match automatic material feeding equipment, it has error monitoring, precutting device, it can be fully automated, it is cost saving and high efficient.

5. Sliding block adjustment mechanism.  
Sliding block can be adjusted both manually or electrically, it is easy, safe, quick.
